Natural plant pollen from flowers in Fjordparken, harvested by bees and collected after pollination of mainly alder, willow, hazel and dandelion. Nutritious and flavorful, for use in tea, on yogurt, in smoothies or as a cake decoration, for example. A vegan alternative to a rich source of protein.
